Let's Talk Scope

Questions I get
before every project.

Why are your prices lower than agencies?

No account managers, no overhead, no 12-person team charging for internal meetings. You're paying for the work itself. I build the site — that's it. Same craft, fraction of the cost.

Do I pay all at once?

Typically 50% to kick off, 50% on delivery. For larger projects we can structure a milestone-based schedule. No recurring fees after launch.

What if I only need a few of these features?

Good — I scope to what you actually need. The table above shows individual feature values so there are no surprises. A simple homepage + contact page costs far less than a full catalog build.

Who owns the site after it's done?

You do. The code, the domain, the hosting account — all yours. You can take it anywhere, hand it to another developer, or keep it forever. No lock-in, no ransom.

How long does a build take?

Starter sites: 1–2 weeks. Full business sites: 2–4 weeks. Next.js / advanced builds: 3–6 weeks. The main variable is how quickly feedback and assets come back from your side.

Can you match a competitor's quote?

Send it over. If the scope is comparable and the work is real, I'll beat it or match it — and likely deliver faster. The only thing I won't do is cut corners to hit a number.

Ready to scope your build?

Send me what you're thinking — business type, pages you need, any sites you like. I'll come back with a clear number, not a range with fine print.
